Welcome to Family Financial Literacy w/ Akiem J., CPA ! I'm excited to have your time and attention for a short evening Tue Jan 07 2025 at 6:00 PM at Gather Norfolk - Office Space and Coworking. Throughout my career I've come across a handful of life changing experiences, resources, and information that I would be honored to share with you and your family. Below you'll find a brief biography of my accomplishments and experiences in finance, accounting, and business. I don't share this to impress you by any means, but to impress upon you that I have the knowledge and experience to help change your family's financial future for the better.

About the Speaker

Akiem Jones is the Owner and Chief Financial Advisor at The Solutions Group Global, LLC. Akiem is an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Business Owner, Real Estate Investor and 3x Amazon Best-Selling Author. A longtime resident of Hampton Roads, Akiem obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting at Old Dominion University and master's degree in Accounting from Liberty University. With over a decade of professional accounting, audit, and tax experience Akiem has audited billions of dollars in government funding while helping hundreds of small businesses and personal tax clients strengthen their financial position. Akiem is an Honoree of the inaugural Old Dominion University 40 Under 40 class of 2021; hosts multiple networking events in the Hampton Roads area; and is a dedicated advocate of financial literacy, speaking for countless schools, clubs and organizations all over Hampton Roads.
