About this Event
Join us for a NEW family-friendly guided tour aboard our farm vehicles! Enjoy a ride around our orchards and pastures, while learning about how we regeneratively grow food, the animals that live here, how they’re cared for, and their roles on our regnerative farm. This relaxed, outdoor experience is perfect for all ages and offers a fun, educational way to see the animals up close while enjoying the sights and sounds of life on the farm.
This interactive driving tour includes:
- Feeding chickens and pigs
- Digging into hot compost piles and the 40 foot worm bin.
- Tasting seaonsal samples of what grows on our farm
Stops may vary slightly depending on the guide and animal availability, but typically include:
- Pollywog Pond, a fixture of the Fruit Basket Orchard
- Itty the pig
- Egg-laying chickens
- Livestock, including cows and sheep
- Worms and/or hot compost
- Garden, where we grow fruits & vegetables while supporting the ecosystem
