This session is created especially for teenagers and young people. As we enter the spring season, we reflect on the teachings and responsibilities we carry to ourselves, our families, and our community.Adolescence is a time of self-discovery, where guidance, strong teachings, and clear boundaries are essential. Together, we will focus on the importance of supporting our youth as they learn, grow, and shape their identity while navigating this stage of life.
Teachings will include the Berry Fast and fasting practices, helping youth connect to our cultural values and life ways.
Recommended for parents and caregivers of junior high and high school youth.
