This one-day workshop invites participants to explore trauma through the lens of New Family Constellations, approaching trauma as an energy that often carries a deeper movement in service to life.
Both biographical trauma and ancestral trauma can live in the body and within the family field, influencing emotional responses, relationship patterns, and life experiences across generations. In this experiential setting, participants will have the opportunity to observe and take part in systemic constellations and somatic awareness practices that reveal how these dynamics move through individuals and family systems.
Through the constellation field, we can witness how experiences that once served survival, belonging, or protection continue to shape present-day life. When these movements become visible, they often reveal possibilities for reconciliation with past and present, allowing the energy that was held in trauma to move toward new potential for both the individual and the larger system.
The workshop will include systemic constellations, guided experiential processes, and group field work that allow participants to directly experience how the systemic field operates and how trauma can be explored within it.
