Family or Systemic constellations is a therapeutic approach that attempts to reveal unrecognized dynamics that spans multiple generations in a family and to resolve its effects by encouraging the subject, through representatives, to encounter the past, accept and heal.
We explore what is behind a specific issue in your life.
Some of the struggles and traumas are related to unseen entanglements from our ancestors and systems.
There will be space for individual constellations, where selected participants can work on their personal healing within the group field. In addition, everyone will have the opportunity to experience transformation through group exercises and as representatives in the constellation process.
The shift that takes place and flows from each individual constellation benefits everyone that is part of the group as well as their ancestors and the generations to come.
All welcome. No previous experience is necessary - all you need is an open mind & heart.

We will explore some conscious movement to return to the body to be ready for the constellations movements. As well, we'll finish with a short sound bath.
