Her work looks beyond surface challenges to bring awareness to deeper ancestral patterns that influence present-day life choices.
Through Family Constellation work, inherited traumas can be brought into awareness and released, allowing clients to gain clarity, take their rightful place within their Family System, and BE FREE to THEIR OWN DESTINY.
Sophie studied Family Constellations directly under Bert Hellinger and has trained with a wide range of teachers and modalities over the years.
She weaves these teachings into a grounded, compassionate, and intuitive practice that honors each individual’s unique healing journey.
