Chocolate & Roses: A Valentine for the Heart

They say that to love others, we must first truly love ourselves. Whether you are single or in partnership, all are welcome to join me for a heart-opening celebration of our most important relationship, the one we have with ourselves.

This sacred afternoon is devoted to remembering love from the inside out and includes:

• A ceremonial cacao ritual to open the heart
• Guided reflection and journaling
• Optional group sharing
• A nourishing sound bath for integration

You’re invited to dress in a way that helps you feel beautiful, embodied, and true to yourself.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, and anything else that supports your comfort and presence.
