The objective of this training is to learn to do Family Constellations. You will learn how to facilitate both individual and group sessions. Since you will learn to facilitate in-person and online, the training will have both of those methods also.

To help others heal, we need to understand that healing must come from the individual first. By doing so, we can be of service to help heal others and their Family Systems.

In this program, we will do a deep dive into the benefits of healing ourselves and thus become a conduit to help others use Family Constellations as a tool in their own healing process.

The foundation of this training is based on the following:
We transform and heal ourselves before we start to help others. We will only be able to help others reach the level of understanding and integration that we have achieved.
Meditation is essential. The capacity to focus, be centered, and clear our mind is crucial for this work.
We need to develop and trust our intuition. This is how we connect to the field of information, to energy, and guidance.
We don’t do any healing ourselves. We create a safe space where our clients feel supported and loved, and then we connect to guidance for their best possible healing.

This course is for anyone that:
Wants to learn to do Family Constellations for professional reasons.
Wants to learn to do Family Constellations to use as a personal tool for healing.
Is on a personal healing path and wants to transform their lives for more understanding, tools for life, and more connection to life.
Wants to be of service to help others on their healing journey.
Pre-requisite: Being 30+ years old.
Structure of the Training:
- One-year training (190 hours), in person and online.
- Part of this training includes 6 personal Constellations (4 facilitated by me and 2 by colleagues also doing the training).
- In the modules, I will give explanations, we will do meditations, exercises, and Constellations to work on each topic.
- To get the certification, you need to attend at least 12 of the modules. If you miss any, you will have to do them on your own (I will explain this in class). Attending modules 1, 3, 9, 12, and 14 is mandatory. You will also need to do 5 practice Constellations (apart from the ones you will do in class).
- Books: It Didn’t Start With You by Mark Wolynn, Beginning to Constellate by Brigitte Champetier de Ribes, Love’s Hidden Symmetry by Bert Hellinger (you can buy it at https://www.hellingerdc.com/product-category/books/), and Family Constellations - A Practical Guide to Uncovering the Origins of Family Conflict by Joy Manné.
- Write a 300-word essay with the most important healing for you or understanding (not a summary) of each module and the books.
- The training requires attending at least 8 group Family Constellation sessions (4 online and 4 in person).
