One person begins a Constellation by sharing a current life challenge or issue they wish to explore. If you have a business you can also do a constellation for any issue you may be experiencing.
After a brief discussion (not going into the story), representatives from the group are selected to represent what is about to be explored in order to uncover the hidden dynamics behind the person's current challenge or issue.
As the process unfolds, the inner image of what happened in the person's life shifts, and a new empowering image is experienced, transforming that situation, that can be instant or develop over time. The Insight and Clarity gained then allows you to move forward in your life.
