This is a welcoming space for carers to connect, share, and support one another. All are welcome!
Are you caring for a child, young adult or older person with additional care needs?
Our monthly support group is aimed at giving you a break from your caring routine and meeting other family carers who understand your role as caregiver.
This non-judgemental group offers open discussion, support and an opportunity to make friends.
