Many of the challenges we carry in life do not begin with us. They can live quietly in our family system — passed through generations as patterns, emotions, and unseen loyalties.
Family & Systemic Constellations is a powerful group healing process that gently reveals these hidden dynamics, allowing us to restore balance, reconnect with our lineage, and move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and support.

Family & Systemic Constellations is a powerful healing modality that helps us break free from unconscious entanglements we carry through our family systems — patterns, burdens, and loyalties that often aren’t ours to hold. This work connects us to the strength and support of our ancestral line, and clears space for clarity, transformation, and liberation.
- Participant Observe, support, and be part of the field. Profound healing often happens simply by being in the room.

What Is Family & Systemic Constellations?
Family and Systemic Constellations is soul work. It reveals the often-unseen dynamics and subconscious patterns that influence our lives — patterns that have often been silently passed down for generations.
This healing approach was developed by Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist who wove together influences from family systems therapy, gestalt, Virginia Satir’s family sculpting, and wisdom from the Zulu peoples. What has emerged is a practice that is both profound and intuitive — an alternative therapeutic modality and a life practice.
In a constellation, we step into a field of knowing — a sacred space where the truth of the system can reveal itself. The process gently illuminates what is stuck, what wants to be seen, and what’s ready to move toward wholeness.
How It Works:
We will gather in a circle. At the center of this circle is what we call “the field.” This is where the constellation takes place.
Someone with a question or issue (called a “seeker”) will set up their system by intuitively choosing representatives from the group. These participants step into the field and begin to move, speak, or simply be — allowing the wisdom of the system to emerge.
As the facilitator, I guide the process by listening deeply to the field and gently following its movements toward a natural resolution.
Even if you are not the one doing the constellation, you are part of the healing. Simply being present, witnessing, and holding space creates transformation.
How the Constellations Will Be Chosen:
During this workshop, two constellations will be opened.
Rather than selecting participants ahead of time, we will draw names from a basket during the workshop. This allows the process to unfold organically and honors the wisdom of the field that guides Family & Systemic Constellations.
If your name is drawn, you will have the opportunity to bring a personal theme, pattern, or challenge into the constellation process so it can be explored and gently revealed within the group field.
Even if your constellation is not the one opened, everyone present will actively participate.
In Family Constellations, those who serve as representatives often experience profound insights and healing connected to their own lives and family systems. The field works collectively, meaning that the healing and understanding that emerges often resonates for many people in the room.
Simply by being present and participating, you are part of the work.
Who Is This For?

- Group Size: Intimate — space is limited for depth and safety
Please bring:
- A water bottle
- Comfortable clothes (you’ll be barefoot or in socks)
- An open heart and a curious spirit
We’ll have a short break between constellations. Tea and light snacks will be provided. This is sacred work — please arrive on time and come with care for the space and others.
About the Facilitator
Florencia – Souls of Creation
Florencia is a facilitator of Family & Systemic Constellations, guiding individuals and groups through powerful processes that reveal hidden family dynamics and inherited patterns.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that many of the challenges we face — in relationships, belonging, self-worth, and life direction — are often connected to unresolved experiences within our family system.
Through constellation work, Florencia creates a grounded, compassionate, and sacred space where these unseen dynamics can gently surface and move toward greater balance and healing.
Her approach weaves together systemic wisdom, intuitive guidance, and deep respect for the ancestral field, allowing participants to reconnect with the strength and support of their lineage.
