Family and Staff Wellness Series Chair Yoga and Movement

Welcome to our Family and Staff Wellness through Yoga and Movement workshop where we embark on a journey of physical and emotional well-being as community. This unique class is designed to bring EGUSD staff, students, and families together to explore the benefits of yoga and movement in a joyful and interactive setting. We will focus on promoting holistic well-being by integrating yoga practices and mindful movement exercises suitable for people of all age groups, ability and fitness levels. Our goal is to create a fun environment where we support each other and cultivate a deeper connection while enhancing overall health and happiness. Please bring a towel or yoga mat to use during the course.
