About this Event
Purpose of the roadshow:
The Families First Partnership Roadshow brings together colleagues from across Cumberland to learn more about the Families First programme and what it means for how we support children, young people and families.
The roadshow sessions offer a practical, approachable way for partners to understand the changes ahead and explore how we can work more closely together to deliver earlier, more effective support.
The sessions are designed to:
- Introduce the Families First Partnership Programme, the delivery model for national children’s social care reforms.
- Strengthen relationships across teams and organisations, helping us work in a more joined‑up and consistent way.
- Share how integrated early help, family‑led decision making and multi‑agency collaboration will work in practice.
- Give space for colleagues to contribute insight, experience and local knowledge to shape how we put this approach into practice in Cumberland.
Why It Matters
