will tickets be available at the door?

limited door tickets will only be available if the event is not sold out online.

what’s the refund policy?

all ticket sales are final. no refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

do i need to bring id?

yes, this is a 21+ event. a valid government-issued id is required for entry. photos of ids will not be accepted.

is re-entry allowed?

no, re-entry will not be allowed.

will there be food and drinks?

yes food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in attending an event hosted by Familiar Faces LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any of our events, you (“you” or “attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving illness, travel complications, personal emergencies, or changes in plans. In the rare event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled, and you are unable to attend the new date, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. In such cases, we will do our best to notify all attendees using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Please note that event details—including time, location, lineup, and other features—are subject to change. These changes do not qualify for a refund. Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the specific event listed and is subject to these Terms of Service and any rules set by the venue. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admission at our discretion.

By attending our events, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates venue rules or local laws. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

You acknowledge that attending live events carries inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, illness (including exposure to communicable diseases), and property damage or loss. By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release and hold harmless Familiar Faces LLC, its affiliates, team members, partners, vendors, and the venue from any liability or claims that may arise, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Additionally, by entering the event space, you consent to be photographed or recorded. You agree that Familiar Faces LLC may use your likeness in any and all media for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”) that may impact the event, including natural disasters, acts of government, public health emergencies, venue issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.
