Abstract

We will review false discovery rates by simulating our own data. We will use chapter 6 in the textbook Modern Statistics for Modern Biology [1]. Then, we will look at new ways to quantify uncertainty. I will present our recent work on building prediction intervals for calorie prediction at the Tour de France using conformal prediction [2].
