An opportunity to see the work of Falmouth Harbour up close, meet members of the team, and tour a state of the art pilot boat.About this Event
Falmouth Harbour are hosting a public open day on Friday 24th April. The open day will be held at the Grove Place Boat Park and will showcase Falmouth Harbour's operations with a range of displays including:
- Mooring components
- Aids to navigations (AtoNs)
- Pontoon floats
- The water cleaning benfits of oysters
- Seagrass/blue meadows with our partners from Ocean Conservation Trust
- Harbour vessel
- Pilot boat tours
Food and drinks will be available to purchase including.
There will be Q&A sessions at 10:30 and 14:30 where you can meet some of our team and learn about all that Falmouth Harbour does and is responsible for as a Trust Port.
