The Falling Walls Lab provides a platform for knowledge exchange and networking in an international and interdisciplinary context. It aims to bring together scholars and researchers from different fields such as science, politics, humanities, economics, arts and social sciences. It also offers great opportunities for networking, collaboration and recognition, not only for the participants, but also for the institution they represent.Each year, Falling Walls Labs around the world give researchers the opportunity to present their wall-breaking solutions to global problems in three-minute pitches. The winners in each region will have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with the winners of other Falling Walls Labs in Berlin on 7 November.
Now we are looking for potential participants with “wall-breaking” new ideas and solutions to local and global challenges.
Here is how you can help:
▪️ Spread the word about the Falling Walls Lab through the university’s communication channels (newsletter, Facebook, Instagram…)
▪️ Find young researchers and inform them about the Falling Walls Lab
▪️ Help us identify key multipliers to reach even more potential candidates and partners
Participation is completely free and all participants will receive an additional pitching workshop before the event to improve their presentation skills.
