As nature around us surrenders to change, as the trees release their leaves and stand naked in the wind of change, we human beings, being a part of nature, are invited to do the same.
Inner and outer nature are not separated, in fact they are interrelated.
This retreat invites you to slow down, tune in, and gently release what no longer serves you. Through different mindfulness and self-development practices, you will be supported in creating space within yourself for new, more enriching experiences to emerge.
It’s a precious opportunity to connect intimately with your inner world and nourish your being from the inside out. This experience will take place in the mountains of Cyprus, where we will be surrounded and supported on our journey from our beloved nature.
