This is a camping retreat for allowing you to connect with yourself, feel the peace and the silence of nature, find balance back into your life and allow healthy energy to flow in your body and in all around you! Get away from everything, the stress that you carry in your daily life, the worries that make you tired. Connect with your body, give space to your emotions to flow, be processed and be released. Feel at peace, safe and bring positive energy back into your system and life.
Rebalance, release, find peace and feel freedom in your heart!
We start on Friday by gathering together and setting up our camping equipment at 6.30pm. Then, at 7.30pm we continue with an energy flow and stretching class. We finish our day with healthy light dinner.
Saturday, we wake up with a yoga class, we continue with light breakfast of fruits, and then we go for a walk in natural trails and rivers. We have healthy lunch mid-day and in the afternoon we breathe into peace with a breathwork workshop. At the night we have a fire ceremony with meditation, dancing and jamming. Also fruits for dinner.
Sunday we wake up with yoga class, we celebrate with a good brunch and we close with a closing meditation!
Cost: €200 - including food and fruits, all workshops and camping place (you need to bring your camping equipment)
(Payment plans can be possible)
*on Sunday there is the possibility for a tour in the village and being involved in procedures of creating local products for those that are interested for❤️
