Step away from the noise and reconnect with your breath under the canopy of trees. Join us for Yoga in the Woods, a calming outdoor experience where gentle movement meets the grounding energy of nature. Feel the sun on your skin, listen to birdsong as your soundtrack, and let the woods guide your practice. Bring a mat and water bottle and join us on the boardwalk by the pond. Some prior yoga experience is recommended as the boardwalk railing may limit visibility allowing only verbal instruction. Certified trauma-informed yoga instructor, Jane Henschen, will guide you through the class.
