Inhale, Exhale, Express: An Afternoon of Yoga, Reflection, and Connection
Join us for a gentle and nourishing afternoon designed to ground your body, open your heart, and awaken your voice.
Led by yoga teacher and writer Katie Anagnostou, this workshop combines mindful movement, breathwork, and journaling to help you reconnect with yourself and others in a safe, welcoming space. Through gentle yoga and guided writing prompts, we’ll explore the themes of presence, possibility, and personal expression.
This workshop is especially supportive for teachers, creatives, neighbors, and anyone seeking a reset through embodied self-reflection and meaningful connection.
No prior yoga or writing experience necessary—just bring a journal, a yoga mat (or towel), and a willingness to listen inward and outward. All other materials will be provided: bolsters, blocks, blankets, altar, agenda, water, and cups. Let your breath be your guide, your body be your anchor, and your words be your offering.
