Join Dr. Jessica Henderson for this fun guided pairing followed by a lighthearted and delicious game of guess the flavors and a cocktail too
About this Event

Open a bottle of your favorite red wine as we taste and pair 6 different craft chocolates to discover which pairs you prefer most.

Then we will taste 4 bite-sized chocolate sample in a fun Guess the Flavors game.

Using an online multiple choice quiz, you will put in your best guess for each of the chocolate samples- it won't be easy but it will be fun!

We will finish the event with a happy hour creating the Midnight Blue Whiskey Sour cocktail together to end the night.

Upon purchase you will receive an email with Zoom access information (within 24 hours).

The week of the event you will be shipped a chocolate tasting kit including 10 chocolate samples, a cocktail recipe and enough chocolate to create 4 cocktails

Chocolate samples are not repeated from previous classes.

Private group tasting and pairing experiences are also available- please message me directly to schedule an event for your group.

Price includes continental US shipping.

Tickets will remain available until the event to allow for local pickup.

The last day to purchase the kit for ensured delivery before class is 10 days before scheduled class.

Chocolate kits will be shipped (within the US) the week before the scheduled class and are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Please contact me directly for international shipping.

Class size will be limited to 10.

Allergen warnings

Chocolate tasting kit will include dark, milk and white chocolate therefore, some samples will contain milk products.

No samples will contain nuts however all samples were made in a facility that handles tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts and soy.

I am happy to make substitutions if you have a dietary restriction, please contact me directly for substitutions. Please note if you substitute flavor samples you will be at a disadvantage playing the guess the flavor game.

A full ingredient list is included in your kit and is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds must be made before chocolate tasting kit is shipped. Once the chocolate tasting kit has been shipped we cannot offer refunds. Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded.

The Zoom class cannot be rescheduled or recorded but tasting and pairing notes can be provided if you cannot attend.
