Breakfast and Lunch refreshments available for purchase
The cost for each table is $60 with the option to purchase an additional table if needed. Registration and payment by credit card ONLY needs to be done through this form. Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sign up at christumc.net/vendorcraft
If duplicate vendors register, a refund will be issued. If tables sell out prior to your registration, you will be notified, a refund will be issued, and you will be placed on a waiting list.
We are only accepting crafters and vendors, no medical professionals. No refunds after October 28, 2025.
A Basket Bonanza will be hosted by Prime Time Adult Care. Please bring an item/basket to donate. These will be collected when you arrive to setup. Thank you!
