This special fall gathering is co-led by Mandy Carter, Reiki Master Teacher, and Jenny Bissmeyer, Certified Practitioner of Sound & Vibrational Therapies, Health Coach, and Dietitian. Together, they create a sacred space for release, renewal, and alignment with the changing season.
What you will experience:
- Reiki-Infused Cacao CeremonyThe evening begins with warm ceremonial cacao, shared as a group. Guided by Mandy, participants will set intentions and journey together as the cacao is infused with Reiki energy, opening the heart and inviting connection.
- Immersive Sound BathJenny will lead you into deep relaxation with crystal bowls, chimes, and vibrational instruments that harmonize body, mind, and spirit. The sound waves support nervous system regulation, stress release, and energetic balance.
- Integration & ReflectionTime to rest, ground, and journal as you absorb the energies of the ceremony.
