Auditions are open for our 2024 Fall Showcase "Something Wicked This Way Comes"! Come show us what you've got! Adult actors of all ages, experience levels, and types are encouraged to audition, especially for diverse casting.
Actors will read scenes from the various plays selected for our showcase. No memorized monologues. If you have never acted before and are looking for something new, 10-minute plays are perfect way to start! Auditioning is great for experienced actors, too!
The Fall Showcase will be presented on stage October 24-27 at the Kress Theater in downtown Alexandria. Actors must be available for all production dates. Rehearsals will be scheduled by individual directors with their casts.
NOTE: A second audition session will be held on Monday, September 23 at 5:00 p.m., at the Rapides Foundation Building, 2nd Floor, (Johnston Street entrance). Actors are welcome to attend both sessions, however, attendance at both is not required.
