Fall Photo hikes are an occasion to walk with a park ranger and explore locations, techniques, and ideas for photographing the natural beauty of Washoe County. Please bring your choice of camera - can be any type, including film, digital, cell phone camera or maybe something you built yourself! We recommend also bringing comfortable walking shoes or boots, a water bottle, and sunscreen, sunglasses, and/or sunhat.

Meet at the main Arboretum entrance - the iron arch next to the Ranch House.
Join us on a walk through the Wilbur D. May Arboretum & Botanical Garden to learn about the beautiful flora found throughout and learn about Rancho San Rafael's history along the way. This park is rich in history, culture, and community.
