
About this Event
Join us for an interactive hand-on pasta making class in Downtown Haddonfield's Kings Road Brewery. Guests will be greeted with homemade focaccia, and antipasto and chef Ed will walk you through the steps to making homemade pasta from dough to finished product. This class will feature butternut squash gnocchi with herbed brown butter sauce and pumpkin tortellini with Parmigiano cream sauce. We finish with homemade tiramisu. Guests will receive info and recipe packets to take with them.
