About this Event
When we follow Earth's seasonal patterns that are connected to our internal rhythms, Fall is a time for tucking away, creating spaces for nourishment to sustain our slower winter lives. Yet when we follow the trajectory of a day in our typical lives, we are pulled in every direction OTHER than the slow and steady ease that sustains our growth and flourishing.
This mini-retreat is an afternoon devoted to YOU. This is YOUR space. This is YOUR time. This mini-retreat is an afternoon devoted to YOU. Through movement, writing, and active meditative practices, we will be answering one question in each our own way. We will delve into nourishment for all aspects of our beings. And we will do these things in a supportive communal space.
Join us for an afternoon of breath, movement, and writing practices that will be tools in your toolbox for traversing your way through whatever season of life you find yourself in. It may even be an opportunity for you to find yourself in LOVE (a little bit more) with yourself.
What will we do?
Breathwork and meditation practice(s), yoga flow(s), nourishing food(s), writing practice(s)
