8:30 a.m. – Arrival at Matthiessen State Park
- Welcome & introductions.

- Intention-setting circle.

- Gentle stretching + light snack.

9:15 a.m. – Guided Hike at Matthiessen

- Nature connection, pauses for grounding and reflection.

11:00 a.m. – Grounding Activity or Craft (Post-Hike)

- Journaling prompt, gratitude rock painting, or mindful art.

11:45 a.m. – Travel to Starved Rock

12:15 p.m. – Guided Hike at Starved Rock

- Exploration of one of the scenic trails, with mindful stops.

1:30 p.m. – Lunch at Starved Rock Lodge

- Group meal + mindful eating reflection.

2:30 p.m. – Closing Debrief & Circle

- Share reflections from the hikes.

- Closing breathwork.

3:30 p.m. – Retreat Concludes
