Join IVCC instructor Allie Dale for a class on the art of creating mosaics with glass. Class will meet for two-sessions at Illinois Valley Community College on Saturdays, October 25 (9 AM-1 PM) & November 1 (9 AM-11 AM.) Unleash your creativity as you design and craft a unique mosaic masterpiece! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to cut and break colorful art glass, arrange your pieces into a beautiful design, and complete your work with grouting. Your finished mosaic can be framed, displayed on a stand, or even placed in the garden. No two creations are alike, and beginners are welcome - no experience needed! There is a $50 material fee payable to the instructor the first day of class.
Class will be taught by Allie Dale, a local high school art teacher and artist.
