2 nd course-Apple Salad Frisee, radicchio, kale, fennel, dates red onion, gorgonzola, candied pecans and maple mustard vinaigrette paired with Tipsy Apple-Bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, orange bitters & cinnamon

3 rd course- Pork blanquette over garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus paired with Rye Old Fashinoned-Bottled in Bond Rye, bourbon barrel Char simple syrup, bitters, orange & amarena cherry

4 th course-Pumpkin tart with cinnamon creme anglaise and granola crumble paired with Bourbon Milk Punch-Bourbon, Nocino, vanilla, maple syrup, milk cinnamon and nutmeg
