Create space within yourself to welcome in the next season.As the seasons shift, so do we. The Fall Equinox lands on Sunday, September 22nd. This class will ask us to go deep within and become grounded before Winter’s arrival. Join us (and our sweet bunnies) for an intention-setting class to release the past season and create space for the next chapter.
Brittany Newble will lead the class and is an animal lover and Zen/power trained 200-hour certified yoga instructor who enjoys teaching yoga for all levels.
Ages 8+ are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat as only a limited number are available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 7:15pm.
*Please Note - A minimum of 6 signups will be required for the class to proceed as planned. Refunds/reschedules cannot be made for ANY reason with less than 24 hours notice.
