Celebrate the Fall Equinox with an evening of deep rest, reflection, and resonance. This special 90-minute offering weaves together yin yoga and a live cello sound bath to honor the shift into autumn—a time of balance, letting go, and turning inward.
Guided by yin yoga teacher Tracey Coleman, whose practice draws from mindfulness, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Reiki, you’ll move through a series of long-held, grounding postures designed to support the body’s transition into the cooler season. As you settle into stillness, musician and yoga teacher Emily Faye Dalsfoist will create a live soundscape of cello, voice, and rhythm—offering a sonic experience that gently carries you deeper into rest and reflection.
After class, you're warmly invited to stay for a 30-minute open studio gathering featuring warm tea, light seasonal snacks, and space to connect in community.
