WHAT IS MABON?
Join us as we celebrate the Pagan Sabbat holiday Mabon (Fall Equinox) a sacred time as the earth's magic shifts. This is a time to give gratitude and thanks for the fruits of the earth and our own manifestations. It is also a time to honor the balance of light and dark in the sky and within ourselves.
THE FLOW
- A guided tea meditation to connect with Rosemary, a fragrant & protective plant.
- A reflective journaling session and sharing circle
- Storytelling of the history behind this holday
- Leaf rubbing using pastels and wild-harvested materials to imprint gratitude cards
- Refreshing herbal snacks like red raspberry leaf truffles, homemade reishi pasta, sesame-seaweed ranch & crudite

Nora Luce is a local folk herbalist dedicated to cultivating connection and awareness through medicinal plants and seasonal rituals. As the founder of Critical Ritual, she shares her deep knowledge of medical botany and folk herablism at local farmer's markets and community gatherings.
