A free, interactive workshop for youth ages 7–17 (and parents) focusing on real-life challenges teens face today—mental health, vaping, toxic relationships, bullying, and emotional pressure from social media and everyday life.
Through real talk, activities, and relatable facilitators, students will learn healthy ways to cope, express themselves, and build confidence in a safe space where they are heard, seen, and supported.
Plus, a free continental breakfast and lunch.
