As the day and night come into perfect harmony, the Fall Equinox symbolizes the balance of light and darkness within ourselves and the world around us. It is a period of reflection, where we honor the fruits of our labor from the past months, express gratitude for the abundance we’ve received, and prepare for the quieter, introspective months ahead.
During this breathwork journey, you’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves you, to harvest the wisdom of your experiences, and to embrace the cycles of renewal and transformation. We’ll move seamlessly into a soothing sound bath to harmonize your mind and body.
Enjoy a warming harvest blend tea, specially crafted to ground you in the present moment, and there will be space to journal, capturing your thoughts and intentions as we embrace the new season. This sacred space offers a perfect opportunity to connect with yourself and the rhythms of nature.
The entire experience is done in Savasana - movement is optional. I’ll guide you through the whole journey, all you need to do is show up and relax! No experience needed.

Please bring your own mug (if you wish to sip on some tea), yoga mat, journal and a pen. And bring all the cozy things as well - blankets, pillows and/or eye mask if you prefer. I will have extra eye masks, if requested.
