Join us for a comforting & serene evening as we welcome the colorful beauty of autumn with our Fall into Flow Chakra Sound Bath. This special session is designed to help you realign your energy centers, gently let go of what feels heavy or out of balance, and flow with ease into the new season.

Bring: A yoga mat, pillow and a blanket (eye mask provided)
