About this Event
Fall into sweetness with our autumn-themed cake pop decorating workshop. Dip, decorate and design seasonally inspired pops while making memories (and treats) to take home. This is the ultimate family-friendly workshop; participants ages 5 and up can craft pumpkin, leaf, and cozy autumn designs. All supplies included. Hosted by Tasha Brooks, owner of Cake Poppers Etc. by Tasha, this class is guaranteed to be deliciously fun and unforgettable.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- How to dip cake pops smoothly.
- Creative decorating techniques using sprinkles, drizzle, edible glitter, and candy toppings.
- Tips on color combinations and designs to make your pops pop!
You’ll take home:
- Six decorated cake pops made by YOU.
- A box or bag to safely carry your creations home.
- New skills and confidence to make cake pops for friends, family or your next party.
All materials are provided, including:
- Pre-baked cake pops (no baking required — just pure decorating fun!).
- Candy melts in fun colors, sprinkles, toppings, and edible decorations.
- Sticks, trays, aprons, and packaging materials.
Tasha Brooks is the founder and owner of Cake Poppers Etc. by Tasha (@tashas_poppers), located at Express Yourself DMV inside Westfield Wheaton Mall. She has been creating cake pops and sweet treats for more than a decade, and has built a reputation for combining artistry with flavor. She is also the author of “Cake Pop Confessions,” a book about baking, healing, and following your passion.
Note: Adults and children are welcome to work together in this workshop, but each ticket includes six cake pops. If you only buy one ticket for an adult-child pair, you’ll make six pops.
