What is FALL & FLY?
Fall & Fly is a journey into the art of taking risk, the practice of navigating desire in the air and confidence on the ground, anchoring the safe tools for expanding your limits.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?
We will be blending the arts of Contact Improvisation, Partnering & Play-Fight, as well as exploring elements of Parkour & Acrobatics. To complement our practice we will have sessions of Conscious Movement as well as time for Somatic Integration & Restorative practices to balance the flow.
This work is about learning how to:
- Meet gravity without fear
- Enter uncertainty with presence
- Trust yourself, your partners, and the space
This is not about learning tricks. It’s about cultivating confidence,
responsiveness,and choice while moving through the unknown - in the body and beyond.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This training is for movers from different disciplines who want to deepen their relationship with risk, confidence, falling, and lifting - not as tricks, but as embodied skills for movement and life.
You don’t need to be an expert or come from a specific discipline. We invite participants with some regular movement practice, that feel comfortable with physical exploration, contact and sharing weight.
