Fall 2024 Job Fair

Don’t snooze or you might lose… our last event was booked to the max in a short amount of time!

Table Fee: $450

The registration fee provides for an uncovered six-foot display table, two chairs, two lunch tickets, widespread marketing, and a listing in our full-page ads in the Reading Eagle on October 6th & 13th

AND…

FREE parking in the venue garage along with beverage service throughout the day that includes COFFEE!!

Below are a few important things we would like to make you aware of so that you don’t jeopardize registering for a table:

• IMPORTANT – We encourage you to email Alia M. Simpson - [email protected] right away requesting the registration form. No completed registration form = No table reservation.

• Registration AND payment deadline is Friday, September 27th, 2024 – should we not have your payment by this date, we won’t be able to guarantee your reservation.
• We can ONLY accept payment via Check or Money Order, no exceptions – who the Check/Money Order should be made payable to, and where you should mail your payment will be listed on the registration form.
• Please read the Cancellation Policy in its entirety:

Written cancellation notices must be sent directly to Alia M. Simpson by September 27th, 2024. Organizations that cancel their paid registration in writing by Friday, September 27th receive a 25% refund. When a table reservation is made, payment is expected for Organizations who do not provide a written cancellation notice by the aforementioned date or who do not take part in the event. Proper cancellation is required in order to accommodate all organizations on our waiting list. No refunds will be given for cancellations after September 27th, 2024.
