Here’s the plan:
• Doors open at 1:30 PM — come early to sign your waiver and get checked in 🙌🔥
• Workout starts promptly at 2:00 PM — a 30-minute high-energy workout for all fitness levels
• Followed by 45 minutes of fellowship, encouragement, and a short message of hope
This is your chance to:
• Lay your worries at the foot of the Cross 🙌
• Hear a personal testimony and encouragement to help you face life’s battles with courage
• Connect with others who will cheer you on in both faith and fitness
