Faith, Flow & Confidence: A CWWP Wellness Experience
Faith, Flow & Confidence is a guided wellness experience created for women who are ready to pause, reset, and strengthen their confidence through movement, breathwork, reflection, and community.
This small-group experience is intentionally designed to create a supportive and welcoming space for women to move, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in community.
This beginner-friendly session supports both your body and mindset while creating a calm space to reconnect with yourself alongside other women walking their own confidence journeys.
Together, we will move through a gentle yoga flow designed to help you slow down, release tension, and make space for clarity. During the session, we will also pause for a guided affirmation and reflection moment using Confident Woman With Purpose affirmation cards to help center your thoughts and strengthen your confidence from within.
Come expecting encouragement, clarity, connection, and a gentle confidence reset. Light refreshments will be provided following the session.
Guests are encouraged to wear soft shades of pink as part of the Faith, Flow & Confidence experience to help create a shared atmosphere of confidence, softness, and strength within the Confident Woman With Purpose community.
The guided yoga flow will take place from 11:00–11:50 AM and will include a brief affirmation and reflection moment during the session. Following the flow, guests are invited to remain for connection time and light refreshments until 12:30 PM.
Guests are invited to arrive between 10:45AM–11:00 AM for welcome check-in and gift bag pickup before the experience begins promptly at 11:00 AM.
Take this time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and empowering space.
