About this Event
Calling all the ladies! Saturday April 18th at 9:30 a.m at Calle Diamante Park (corner of Calle Diamante and Ave 48th) you’re invited to join a very special and free event. GlowxSoulGirls and FaithNFitness are coming together to bring spiritual health as well as physical health to you.
GlowxSoulGirls was created as a way to serve women into a community where you can surround yourself with other women of faith within the Coachella Valley. The mission is to reach women and come together as a safe place to fellowship and build God centered relationships. We gather and do a creative craft or diy self care project, fellowship with one another and talk about God. IG: glowxsoulgirls
FaithNFitness is a space where women come together to uplift, strengthen, and grow. Not just in our bodies, but in our spirits. A movement built on sisterhood, discipline, and devotion…with Jesus at the center of it all.
Here, we don’t compete — we connect. We don’t judge — we encourage. We don’t move alone — we move together in grace. Faith and fitness: women rising, healing, and becoming who God called us to be! IG: _faithnfitness_
We will have a special word given by Raylene Amador followed by a beginner level Pilates workout, which will be instructed by Yleana Renee. Though we encourage everyone to participate in the workout, it is optional.
The goal of this event is to encourage you ladies to begin or continue your journey in mental, physical, and spiritual wellness.
We will have light refreshments available for after the workout.
And a raffle too!
This event will take place outside so be mindful of the weather.
We suggest you bring WATER, a Pilates mat, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, sweat towel, bible, and journal/notebook.
The theme is pink and purple so we encourage you to have fun and dress the part! Pink or purple athletic wear is the suggested attire.

Again the event is free but we do need you to RSVP!
