Fairy houses and gnome homes are made from non-living, natural items, such as twigs and leaves, and the fairies and gnomes of Palmetto Islands County Park once again need your help to build their abodes.
Fairy House Day celebrates fairies, gnomes, nature discovery, creative expression, and family fun:
-Build a fairy house
-Charleston County Public Library story time
-Kids' nature craft
-Peachy Palette Face Painting
-A "real" fairy will be onsite for photos
-Kids' music provided by the V-Tones
-Children are encouraged to arrive dressed as a fairy or gnome.
Event Tickets
Tickets are $7 per person. All family members attending must have a ticket to participate. Space is limited for each session, so please purchase tickets in advance. Park admission is included.
Event Notes
Pets are allowed, but must remain on a leash.
Food truck fare is available for purchase.
Gate admission is included in ticket price.
An on-site chaperone is required for children.
Smoking, vaping and tobacco use is prohibited at Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission owned and operated facilities, programs and events.
