Heads up, Firebird families, this is NOT our old 5K.This year it’s a full-on Fit Fest. And it’s going to be SO much fun.
We’ve taken what used to be a traditional 5K and turned it into a whole morning of movement, energy, community, and celebration. Whether you’re a serious runner, a casual walker, a “cheer from the sidelines” parent, or a kid who just wants to move and play... there is truly something for everyone.
Want to run the 5K? Do it.
Prefer to walk with friends? Perfect.
Want music, activities, and that big-school-community vibe? You’ll get it.
Want your kids to see what it looks like when a whole school shows up for something positive and healthy? THIS is that moment.
And yeah, there's even a NINJA COURSE.
