Fair Haven’s Big Clean Weekend is a neighborhood beautification effort taking place in advance of Fair Haven Day. This community cleanup initiative invites us to help make our neighborhood a cleaner, greener place for everyone. Cleanup supplies, including gloves, garbage bags, and pickers, will be provided. All are welcome to join a cleanup or lead one on your block.The scheduled cleanup locations are as follows:
Saturday, April 25, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Meet at Bright and Grand
Sunday, April 26, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Meet at Dover Beach Park
Sunday, April 26, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Meet at John Martinez School
Sunday, April 26, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – Meet at James and Grand
Sunday, April 26, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Meet at Mitchell and Willow, hosted by the New Haven Road Runners (participants are encouraged to wear running gear)
