About this Event
Fair Chance Workshop and Job Fair
This event is specifically for individuals who are formerly incarcerated and seeking a fresh start. We’re here to help workers take the next step toward employment and success.
The event begins with a workshop to learn about the laws that protect job applicants with criminal histories. After the workshop, workers will have the opportunity to meet employers who believe in second chances and are ready to hire motivated candidates.
Whether you're re-entering the workforce or switching gears, meet hiring managers, get tips, and score that job. Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity to turn things around and build your future! On-site interviews if the employer is interested.
Employers:
Interested in learning about hiring laws and best practices for inclusive hiring? Join us for our workshop to learn more, or sign up to be an employer for the job fair and meet candidates who bring resilience, determination, and strong potential. Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals as they rebuild their lives and contribute to the community. Option for on-site interviews!
Last year, our workshop and job fair helped over 300 workers and 20 employers connect.
