Are you ready for the new challenges? Recent events have brought some new challenges, including changes in insurance law. Be proactive and be prepared! During this class, we will discuss required subjects for your continuing education and will share some commercial claims details in which claims went from denied to paid including vandalism and storm damage claims.

Licensed Community Association Managers (LCAM) will learn the proper process of the insurance claims, to understand their insurance policy and the importance of property maintenance records for their communities.

Upon successful completion of this course, LCAM, will:

  • Recognize what is covered on a commercial policy, exclusions, and possible additional coverage.

Monica E. Daniels, Esq.

Monica is a Founder and Managing Partner at The Daniels Law Group. She prides herself on effective representation and personalized service. Monica focuses her practice on matters including, but not limited to property insurance claims, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, as well as slip and fall accidents. Originally from Lima, Peru, Monica is fluent in Spanish, English and proficient in French, which helps to enrich her already diverse perspective.

Monica earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. Upon graduation, her strong desire to serve the public landed her in Washington D.C., where she began her career in politics. Monica later went on to graduate from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center, where she served as Executive Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society. While attending law school, Monica gained experience in areas of dependency law, family law and personal injury.
