OverviewFacilitating Collaboration: A Relationship-Driven Practice is an interactive workshop focused on building the skills needed to guide effective group work and multi-sector collaboration. Relationship-building and collective engagement are emphasized as foundational elements of successful teamwork.
Participants will explore two facilitation models—the Group Development Model (GDM) and the Feedback Model (FM)—and apply them to real-world projects and group dynamics.
Participants will:
· Identify key questions to support groups through stages of development
· Apply collaborative frameworks to diagnose and address group challenges
· Practice behavior-based feedback to strengthen relationships
· Engage in interactive learning through dialogue and hands-on activities
Participants receive a resource guide and the book Trust-Building: An Experiential Approach. Continuing education credits are available for multiple disciplines.
