In this workshop, Débora will guide you through both theoretical understanding and practical application of facial reflexology to address symptoms related to the points around your eyes.
Facial reflexology offers a gentle, non-invasive approach that complements treatments designed by your regular healthcare providers. It supports and improves symptoms associated with inflammation and discolouration around the eyes, blurry vision, conjunctivitis, and other vision disorders.
Throughout the session, special attention will be given to brightening and rejuvenating the eye area, providing holistic care for both physical and aesthetic concerns.
Débora Mas is a skilled and inspiring Fully Certified Pilates Instructor with expertise in various bodywork modalities. Drawing from her extensive experience and training, Débora integrates the rehabilitative potential of STOTT Pilates with body and energy work, as well as Colour and Sound Therapy.
